[* $iL.veR. wiNg.$*] ...many of us wish and hope for freedom, but what is freedom to us? how do we actually define freedom? is there "real" freedom in this world where there is rules and laws everywhere we go? for me, having lived for 17 years plus in this world, i feel that there can be no real freedom. everywhere we go, there's rules and regulations, there's things we must do and laws we must abide by. even in the Bible, we have the ten commandments, so what more in this world that we live in?
freedom, it's an ideal. it's not achievable cos we have our responsibilties. we can't do anything or everything we want to do. we have our roles to play in this world, that's our purpose for living here. that's what God created us for. i'd love to think of a world without rules, without any specific roles for us to play. we can just be whatever we want to be. we can do anthing we wanna do. but that can only happen in my fantasy and i thank God that at least i can escape from all these through my imagination, where my world can be a perfect place with much joy, happiness and love.
when i was younger, i'd hope for wings to fly. but now, i'm happy just being who i am. i have my own wings. but they are just not ready for flight yet. they're meant, for now, to keep me warm and safe, in my parent's care and love. when it's time for me to fly, i hope i'll have a nice pair of beautiful silver or white wings, that is pure, clean and clear. and i'm finally able to fly, my wings will stretch out wide and shine a light of God's love through these wings that will carry me to the places where God will lead me to.
well, in Singapore beaches can never be that nice, so i'll leave a few here for all of you guys to appreciate and admire. enjoy!
and now, a few pics of my favourite flower! a pity they can't be found in Singapore cos of our climate. but i love them cos they only bloom on my birthday month!
yup. so that's all for today. been very busy and will be very busy. yup. so take care all you people. there's A level chinese tomorrow. Dear God, please grant me peace, take all my fear, stress and worries away. Be with me as i do the paper. guide me each step of the way and may i not do the paper with my own strength but with Yours. Amen.
